$500 Roommate wanted Chili Center (not far from Strong, U of R, RIT (R

Looking for a 2nd roommate.
Bedroom is 7'x11' with a closet.
Rent includes gas, electric, water, garbage and Greenlight Internet.
Rent is $500/month plus additional $50/month for cleaning services to clean the common area's twice a month and a $500 deposit is required.
Must like dogs, since I have 2 one wanders around the house and is older the other is a 9 month old puppy who wanders around the house as well but stays in his crate in my room at night and while i am working.
My house is located in Chili Center.
I'm 38 yrs old and work from home.
So prefer someone who is a young business professional male, since the other roommate is a male as well.
Located near exit 5 on 490 not far from Strong, U of R, RIT and Robert Wesleyan.
