$500 / 1br - Seeking Roommate for 2bedroom in Asbury Park (Ocean Towns

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment in town (Munroe Towers) and will have a room opening up at the end of January - I’ve been in the building 5 years and so it’s grandfathered into a pretty great price (rent would be approximately $500 month per person ).

(Photos are of the available bedroom, which will be unfurnished by move in date!) You’d be sharing the apartment with me - I’m a 32 year old gay dude, work in nonprofit, love music and beaching and traveling and all of the foods.
I work one day a week from home (it varies which day).

No smoking in the apartment but there’s a patio/balcony to smoke on.
No cats or dogs, unfortunately (I’m allergic).
