I'm an editor/actor/artist looking for a responsible roommate (artists always welcome).
I host a monthly poker night and love games, generally.
It's technically a 1bedroom/1 bathroom, but I've decided to use it as a 1 bedroom so we have space.
The apartment is shaped like a rectangle, so other than the shared kitchen/open dining room, we are on opposite ends of the apartment.
It makes for lots of privacy.
