Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Upgrade Manager, who is passionate about delivering a high-quality upgrade experience, to oversee the planning and implementation of software and system upgrades.
The Upgrade Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle upgrade processes.
Pay: $50,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Daily interaction and effective communication between the client and our service and sales teams to assist clients in upgrading their vehicle.
Effectuate new business by following the Ciocca Automotive Group's proven sales process and applying to an upgrade-centric role.
Qualifications:
Analytical mindset, ability to problem solve
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to negotiate with clients and close deals
