We are looking for a Front Desk Administrative Coordinator to join our dedicated team, in Williamsport, PA.
The Front Desk Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating office activities for our plant manager and the site leadership team.
In addition, this person will be responsible for accurate data entry, report generation, and event planning & coordination for our manufacturing operations in Williamsport, PA.
In this role you will be "the face" of our Williamsport plant.
Your outgoing personality and ability to interact with others will help you to succeed in this role.
This is a 1st shift position, working Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Ideal candidates must be flexible to come in early, as needed, to provide support on the off-shifts for events, etc.
Responsibilities for our administrative coordinators include:
Provide administrative support to the plant manager and their leadership team
Coordinate all department meetings, including scheduling, minute taking and distribution
Ability to accurately enter data into operations systems and generate reports from this information
Manage office supplies and orders for the plant
Ability to accurately process invoices and bill of lading receiving
Oversee and organize all co-worker functions, including onsite and offsite events.
Greet all visitors to the plant and work with managers to provide necessary safety gear for their visitors.
Our next team member will ideally possess the following education and work qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required, post secondary education preferred
3-5 years working in a fast-paced manufacturing office environment, required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products, required.
Advanced skill in Excel preferred
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Previous experience with SAP a plus
