THE POSITION

This position's purpose is to monitor, audit and evaluate the quality of services and supports, assist in preparation for and responses to licensing surveys, and to participate in the development and improvement of the State Center’s Quality Management and Risk Management Programs.
We are located in a nice rural location just outside of Selinsgrove Borough and only a couple of minutes from town, area schools, and Susquehanna University.

Duties include monitoring and evaluating the quality of service and support and participating in the development and improvement of the State Center’s Quality Management Program.
In addition, you facilitate meetings and focus groups, monitor and evaluate the quality of services and supports, assist in preparation for and responses to licensing surveys, and develop reports to provide guidance and technical assistance to interdisciplinary staff.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.
5-hour work week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
Required to work other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed on a rotating basis.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Quality Assurance/Risk Management Specialist; or Three years of professional experience as a member of a multiple disciplinary treatment team in a public or private health care facility and a bachelor's degree; or Three years of clinical experience in a human services agency, including two years of administrative, evaluative, consultative or supervisory work in a health care program; and a bachelor's degree with major course work in social work, nursing, health care administration, behavioral sciences or a related field; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.
