DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a part-time Residential Services Aide, you will be responsible and accountable for assisting lead work and supervisory residential staff with development, delivery and monitoring of treatment, training and related services provided in the Central Building of Selinsgrove Center.
As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, you will deliver treatment and training services in the areas of self-care, socialization, and health maintenance as specified in each individual’s Individual Support Plan with overall coordination and direction coming from the QDDP/RSS.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Part-time employment.
Work hours are 2nd Shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM), with 30-minute lunch.
Rotating break days.
Overtime and Travel: As needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months of paid experience in the care, activities, and personal guidance of individuals with intellectual disabilities; or Successful completion of the Aide Trainee program (commonwealth title).
Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.
