We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse who can complement our current Nursing Staff.
The LPN is responsible for providing quality care to the patients.
Delivers direct care by taking vitals, administering medication, and reporting directly to the RN or Doctor on patient status and always maintains patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to the residents at Lock Haven Rehab.
This includes but is not limited to the dispensing of medication, wound care, collection of laboratory samples, patient assessments and charting.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must have an active PA - LPN license
Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
Geriatric care experience a plus
Must pass state and federal background check
