SUMMARY
The LPN is responsible for assisting the RN in the delivery of patient care by performing the functions of planning, implementing and evaluating patient care in accordance with established nursing care standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
1.
Current Pennsylvania LPN license.
2.
Previous physician office experience preferred.
3.
BLS certification required.
4.
Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance and an FBI criminal history check required.
