What will you do as a Registered Nurse Unit Manager
Make frequent rounds to monitor resident/patient conditions and to ensure nursing personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
Based on rounds and resident conditions, request RN assessments as needed.
Evaluate the daily staffing needs and assignments and make suggestions if needed.
Ensure all reports and forms are completed as required and participate in care plan meetings as requested.
