Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting We are currently seeking a compassionate, passionate and dedicated Dental Hygienist with an interest in radiology.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient education, performing teeth cleanings and will assist in providing dental radiology examination per the dentist's instructions.
The right candidate will also provide a high level of customer service, prioritize good communication and make patients feel comfortable at all times.
Responsibilities: * Obtain x-rays and other dental radiographic images.
* Clean teeth, remove calculus, apply dental sealants and fluorides, and/or perform other routine maintenance procedures.
* Screen for oral diseases in patients.
* Sterilize instruments used in treatment.
* Provide pre- and post-operative dental care for surgical patients.
* Communicate with dentists to share patient information and provide information about treatment needed.
* Make impressions of teeth for restorative purposes.
* Train patients how to properly clean their teeth.
Job Type: Contract Pay: From $30.
