Our Licensed Practical Nurses assist in ensuring the general health and well-being of our residents by providing nursing care.
Same Day Pay Option! WE ARE AGENCY FREE! Job Description: · Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment.
· Provide regular patient status updates.
· Assist in implementing patient’s treatment plan under direction of the Registered Nurse.
· Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
· Supervise, administer and or assist with medications.
· Provide direct care of residents as necessary.
· Follow the plan of care for each resident.
· Ensure the residents care standards are maintained.
· Report to the Director of Nursing.
