*Your Responsibilities:*
* Plan and implement nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and disease prevention.
* Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team, complete summaries, and assist with patient rounds and orders.
* Provide patient observation, assessments, and interventions, recording progress accurately.
* Document all nursing activities and ensure optimal standards of care and safety.
*Qualifications:*
* Active RN license in Pennsylvania
* CPR or BLS Certification
* Recent physical and TB test (within one year)
* Driver's License or State ID
* Minimum 6 months RN experience
* Full COVID vaccination with booster shot
