As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and assisting with various medical procedures.

Responsibilities - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse - Provide emotional support to patients and their families - Assist with mobility and transfer of patients - Administer medication under the supervision of a nurse - Perform basic medical procedures, such as suture removal and catheter care - Assist with physical examinations and other medical tests - Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (Cerner) - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program - Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures - Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings is preferred - Familiarity with medication administration protocols Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
